BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, April 15 (Reuters) - An Argentine economy ministry official said on Tuesday the country's primary budget surplus had beat the target agreed with the International Monetary Fund in a debt rollover deal reached earlier this year. Argentina posted a first quarter primary budget surplus of 1.788 billion pesos ($604 million), said the official, who asked not to be named.
